Stock Associate

• Create a relaxed destination – Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenish inventory, and provide product knowledge for our guests.
• Set the course – In partnership with the Stock Coordinator, take responsibility for daily stock room operation; ensure shipping supply levels are neat, orderly, and maintain an accessible storage area for incoming and outbound products.
• Build the perfect oasis – Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Onboard your crew – Actively participate in all store‑related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory‑related inquiries or discrepancies.

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
• Highly organized and consistently strive for efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
• Climbing ladders frequently.
• Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Rate range: $15.00 (minimum wage) to $21.00 per hour. Pay varies based on experience, knowledge, skill set, work location, and available budget.
