Lids - 8401 Park Meadows Center Dr - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of Store Manager;
Manage store associates using training programs and goal setting with regular follow-up;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for peak periods;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Support in enforcing company policies and safeguarding inventory and funds;
Lead customer experience efforts to meet KPIs and sales targets, and address customer escalations;
Promote Lids membership programs and in-store offers;
Adhere to merchandising standards and maintain store appearance;
Maintain professional appearance per Dress Code Policy;
Execute operations directives and maintain a safe work environment;
Maintain store technology and equipment including MPOS and proprietary systems;
Manage inventory processes including receiving, transferring, pricing changes, and counts;
Organize backroom for efficiency and optimize space and productivity;
Support in scheduling to ensure adequate store coverage;
Ensure efficient execution of pricing signage and promotional presentations
