Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise;
Greet and assist customers, identify needs, and make product recommendations;
Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup;
Ensure firearms forms (4473) are completed accurately;
Demonstrate products and maintain knowledgeable knowledge of firearms and ammunition;
Organize and stock merchandise at the gun counter; keep area clean and well stocked;
Follow company policies and procedures and assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves
