Supervises associates in assigned area, assigns duties, provides direction and coaching;
Oversees Club Pick Up and other ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audits online feedback, and resolves customer issues;
Executes the Sam's Club Pickup plan, ensures orders are fulfilled correctly and equipment is available;
Monitors performance using KPIs and leads process improvements; trains and provides resources for associates;
Ensures safety and merchandise presentation standards; handles claims/returns per policies.
