White House Black Market -  - Responsibilities:
Promotes customer service by ensuring associates greet and assist customers and respond to inquiries professionally and timely;
Performs basic operations activities including cash handling and reporting, price changes, merchandise handling, and opening/closing duties;
Monitors associate sales activities and productivity and provides coaching to achieve goals;
Maintains knowledge of promotions and displays merchandise according to standards;
Supervises associates in sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling; prepares weekly schedules for floor coverage;
Builds and maintains clienteling and wardrobing to develop a solid customer following;
Participates in visual merchandising and merchandise replenishment; supports store leadership in associate development and performance reviews
