Assistant Store Leader - AS Kids

Altar'd State -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and direct all store activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, HR management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Recruit, select and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance;
Forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense to maximize store performance;
Direct guest service efforts consistent with Altar’d State standards; coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions;
Develop the store team through recruitment, coaching, retention, and motivation to accomplish store objectives
