Assistant Microstore Manager

A hands-on sales leader who supports daily Microstore operations, team development, and the customer experience, acting as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
· Hourly (Non-Exempt)

COMPENSATION: $24.04-$26.44 per hour Eligible for performance-based incentives. Overtime, when worked, is calculated and paid in accordance with applicable law based on actual hours worked.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Microstore Manager supports the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the Transformer Table Microstore. This individual serves as a hands-on sales leader while assisting with team development, proactive mall-traffic engagement, operational execution, and customer relationship management.

The Assistant Microstore Manager acts as Manager-on-Duty when necessary and plays a key role in maintaining Microstore standards, supporting a polished open-mall environment, and achieving business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve individual sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.
• Build customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Generate and follow up on customer leads and quotes.

Leadership Support

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Provide coaching and support to Microstore associates.
• Help execute sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Support scheduling and daily operational needs.

Microstore Operations

• Open and close the Microstore according to company and mall procedures, including securing technology, materials, and displays.
• Maintain exceptional Microstore presentation and visual standards within a compact, open footprint.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and documentation.
• Support product display, sample, supply, and asset management, keeping limited storage areas organized and secure.

Customer Relationship Management

• Capture accurate customer information.
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Support lead conversion efforts and appointment setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely demonstrate Transformer Table products in a compact retail environment.
