Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Specialist role based in Lone Tree, CO. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role will manage and update CRM records, track sales activities, and monitor key sales metrics and reports. The specialist will respond to inbound inquiries, support prospect onboarding, and coordinate information between sales, operations, and client service teams.
Daily responsibilities also include following up on leads (ie. phone, text, email, Linked In, etc), appointment setting, qualifying leads, maintaining product and platform knowledge, and contributing to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and client experience.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to explain complex information in accessible terms.
- Solid Sales Operations experience, including working with CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus), tracking pipelines, generating reports, and supporting sales processes.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, verify accuracy, and support data-driven decisions.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with financial or trust platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, trust, or related industries is preferred but not required.
