Automotive Technician
As a Electrical/Diagnostic Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles with a focus on providing reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality service. You will serve as a brand ambassador for Bozarth and GM, working in our state-of-the-art service center with the latest tools and training. This role is for detail-oriented, mechanical individuals who want the reliability of working for a dealer, building a career that helps people achieve their dreams.
Electrical/Diagnostic Technician understands and navigates diagnostic flow charts, as well as electrical flow charts. Also, understanding and navigating ohms, electrical draws, voltage readings with a Fluke, and voltage drops. The Electrical/Diagnostic Technician will be a high output technician with a low comeback return rate. The technician will perform a variety of tasks including A/C, Check engine light diagnostic, HV Diagnostic, internal trim repairs, dash removal, sunroof repairs, and software updates.

- Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes working every third Saturday
- Formal training with any manufacturer and proof of electrical skills, e.g., ASE tests
- Bring the learning ability to stay up to date on the latest practices and required training
- Be detail oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Prior experience with an automotive shop or dealership
- ASE Certification
- Other automotive related certifications or degree
Depending on how far candidates proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
