AR Specialist (JN - Long Beach, California

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands‑on experience managing high‑volume retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full‑cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
- Handle chargebacks from start to finish, including research, dispute resolution, and recovery
- Work directly with big box retailers to manage deductions, compliance requirements, and account discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and drive collections on outstanding balances
- Utilize Excel and reporting tools to track AR performance and support process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with big box retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.)
- Strong background in chargebacks and deductions management
- Solid understanding of AR processes and account reconciliation
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Able to start quickly / immediately available preferred
