Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

We are on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Senior Tax Manager to join our fast-paced and growing Accounting + Finance team. This position is integral to our organization, and we are looking for someone who can bring a wealth of tax accounting knowledge and experience to the table. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, ready to take on complex tax-related projects, and have a keen eye for details.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• 1. Overseeing and managing the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• 2. Conducting thorough research and planning to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
• 3. Implementing tax strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• 4. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• 5. Serving as the primary contact for tax authorities and coordinating audits.
• 6. Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff members.
• 7. Analyzing and interpreting tax regulations, keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation.
• 8. Providing expert tax advice to senior management on business decisions.
• 9. Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.
• 10. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.
• 2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• 3. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• 4. Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development.
• 5. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team.
• 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax information to non-tax professionals.
• 8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
• 9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 10. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
