As an Operations & Accounting Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational, customer service, and accounting functions by:

• Processing customer orders and entering operational data accurately into company systems.
• Supporting customer service inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and billing.
• Preparing and processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Creating and sending customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Obtaining vendor costs and ensuring charges are entered correctly.
• Reviewing, reconciling, and processing import, export, trucking, and warehouse operation files.
• Identifying missing documentation, billing discrepancies, and data mismatches, then coordinating timely resolutions.
• Communicating with carriers, truckers, shipping agents, customers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and freight operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
• Creating warehouse barcode labels and partnering with warehouse teams to ensure proper labeling.
• Reviewing all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintaining organized electronic filing systems and operational records.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, billing, accounting support, or administrative operations.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoicing processes.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
