Tristar Insurance in Long Beach, CA is seeking an entry-level Administrative Clerk to support day-to-day financial recordkeeping and month-end closing activities.
You will collaborate with the CFO and finance team to ensure accuracy of financial statements, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits. A High School diploma or GED is required, and one year of related experience is preferred. Knowledge of basic Excel and familiarity with Concur or similar systems is a plus.
