Support day-to-day general accounting activities, including:
- Journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations
- Month-end close and financial reporting
- Variance analysis and intercompany reconciliations
- GL and subledger maintenance
- Audit, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or 5 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
- Strong Excel skills, including intermediate-level VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with SAP, Quick Books, and Peachtree
- Experience working with multiple entities
