Aboutthe Role
As a Onsite Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of transcript and exhibit production—ensuring all materials are scanned, processed, quality‑checked, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to drive client satisfaction through process excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operate scanning and printing equipment to process exhibits and transcripts
- Monitor incoming exhibits, both hard‑copy and electronic, prioritize based on urgency, and ensure quality control
- Assemble and package completed transcripts while ensuring client‑specific preferences are met
- Prepare all items for shipment accurately and on time
- Perform detailed checks on binding, formatting, labeling, and compliance
- Input accurate tracking data and update production statuses in the system
- Manage and document errata receipt, processing, and court filings
- Communicate with colleagues across departments to coordinate requests
- Maintain a clean, organized production area and inventory supplies
- Cross‑train across fulfillment functions to support team coverage
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and a client‑focused mindset
- 1+ year of experience in a fulfillment or production environment; legal industry exposure is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn internal systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, organized, and a strong problem‑solver who thrives under pressure and values accuracy
- Consistently meeting or exceeding production output and accuracy quotas
- Delivering high‑quality materials that meet or exceed client expectations
- Maintaining accurate tracking and documentation across all deliverables
- Supporting a team culture built on accountability, communication, and client satisfaction
This role is based in a professional office environment with access to specialized scanning and printing equipment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team and have opportunities to grow through cross‑training and skill development.
