Location: 3645 Long Beach Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90807 (Corporate Office)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Beach Front Property Management is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and ready to support leadership while keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in supporting executives, coordinating communication, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled with precision.
What You’ll Do- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners
- Support company events, meetings, and logistics
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Track expenses and assist with reimbursements
- Provide general administrative support to leadership
- 2–5+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear communication (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
- Experience in property management or real estate
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
