Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the CHHS Dean, the Executive Assistant provides coordination and support for the work of the Dean. The incumbent is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the college, the university and its organization, and all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services.
- Oversee the administrative tasks and customer service for the CHHS Dean's Office front desk.
- Faculty Support and Administration:
Prepares and collects faculty Assigned Time and Additional Employment request forms and obtains final certifications from faculty for work accomplished on all AE/AT being initiated, funded, or requested by the Dean or CHHS Administration.

Time Base1.0 time-base, 40 hours per week.
Duration of AppointmentThis is a temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.

CompensationSalary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.
- Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $4,799 (Step #1) - $5,850 (Step #11) per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training. - CSU Classification Salary Range:
The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4,799 (Step #1) - $6,992 (Step #20) per month.
