Job Summary
A growing construction and facilities services organization in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Project & Facilities Coordinator to support multiple projects, service schedules, customer communications, and work order processes. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys being the central point of coordination between project managers, service technicians, vendors, and customers.
As the Project & Facilities Coordinator, you will help keep projects moving, timelines on track, and communication clear from start to finish. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support multiple construction and facilities projects, ensuring timelines, communication, and administrative details stay on track.
- Maintain service technician schedules, overnight schedules, work orders, and project updates across internal systems.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers, project managers, service technicians, and internal teams to support a positive customer experience.
- Prepare, research, and process customer quotes, bids, approvals, and internal Not‑to‑Exceed requests.
- Receive, process, and log shipments, deliveries, parts, and materials related to active projects and service work.
- Close out work orders accurately and on time while maintaining updated records within required 24 to 48 hour time frames.
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
