About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Support Specialist to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing executive and project-related administrative tasks in a digital environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting leadership, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to executives and project managers.
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain documentation in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Track and update task progress using project management tools (Click Up, Asana, or ).
- Assist with onboarding tasks, client communication, and status updates.
- Prepare summaries, meeting notes, and internal reports as requested.
- Perform data entry, scheduling, and general operational support.
- Coordinate with HR or Finance for timesheets, invoicing, or internal forms when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or virtual assistant experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (Click Up, Hub Spot, or Salesforce preferred).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Stable part-time W2 employment with consistent weekly hours.
- Exposure to modern business tools and technology.
