About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant & Support Specialist to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing executive and project-related administrative tasks in a digital environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting leadership, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives and project managers.
  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain documentation in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Track and update task progress using project management tools (Click Up, Asana, or ).
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, client communication, and status updates.
  • Prepare summaries, meeting notes, and internal reports as requested.
  • Perform data entry, scheduling, and general operational support.
  • Coordinate with HR or Finance for timesheets, invoicing, or internal forms when required.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or virtual assistant experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (Click Up, Hub Spot, or Salesforce preferred).
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
