Job Summary
A professional legal services office in Long Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must have recent receptionist/front desk experience clearly listed on their resume. This front desk role is ideal for a polished, detail‑oriented administrative professional who is fluent in Spanish and English and has recent receptionist experience in a busy office environment.
The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, callers, and internal team members. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent writing ability, and the confidence to manage a high‑volume, client‑facing front desk with professionalism and accuracy. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, long‑term potential through temp-to-hire placement, and the opportunity to work with a professional team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and client service.
- Answer, screen, route, and prioritize high-volume incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system.
- Have recent receptionist/front desk experience clearly reflected on resume.
- Greet, screen, and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Enter client information accurately into internal systems and maintain organized records.
- Draft and respond to professional emails using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, including in‑person meetings, phone calls, and Zoom appointments.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and support general front desk administrative needs.
- Hourly pay: $24 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual equivalent range: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.
