Administrative Assistant – G&W Machinery, Middletown, OH
Full‑time position to provide administrative, customer service, inventory, and office operations support within the company.

- Customer Service (Phone):
- Direct calls to service technicians for troubleshooting
- Take parts orders
- Direct calls to sales and take notes
- Parts Inventory Management:
- Check stock
- Replenishing as necessary
- Order through our vendors
- Assist in year‑end inventory counting
- Office Operations:
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist in report generation as needed
- Appointment scheduling
