Administrative Opportunities
Kelly Services is always looking for hardworking Administrative Workers.
We get:
Temporary, Project based, Long Term Temp, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire opportunities
All
Shifts:
- AM and PM, weekday office hours
Locations:
- We support clients from Los Angeles, South Bay, Long Beach, Brea and Orange County.
Pay Rates:
- The pay rate range is typically $18+ (depending on experience)
Seeking people with experience as an:
- Administrative Assistant
- Executive Assistant
- HR Generalist or HR Manager
- Receptionist
- Payroll (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
- Customer Service Representative
- Warehouse Clerk – more on the office, data entry, customer service area
- Data Entry Clerk
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Excel, WMS, Data Entry
- Have great attention to detail in your work
Requirements:
- Some clients require a high school diploma or GED
- Some clients require a background check and a drug test
- Some clients require ITAR documents: proof of being a US citizen or Permanent Resident
