Location:

Long Beach, CA Shift – Full Time Days – (Thursday – Monday
-Would include the weekend). Time – Would be 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 12:00 am Temp-to-Hire Paid Training (4 – 6 weeks PROVIDED for candidates with the following background:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Clerical office support, phone skills, data entry, attention to detail, multitask, and excellent attendance record. Training schedule is Monday – Friday ( 10:00 am- 6:00pm)

Job Description:

• At least 2+ years experience with Administrative work and/or Call Center.
• Medical Staffing experience a plus.
• Nurse registry experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing, hospital organization operations and functions.
• Experience with computers word processing and database applications.
• Excellent communication skills by telephone in person and in writing.
• Ability to multitask, maintain records and information.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Must be flexible in availability and able to work weekends as needed.
• AA degree in a related field preferred.
• Maintain confidential patient information/HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent attendance record.
