This position provides document control assistance to the ITS Project in Long Beach, CA, including filing paperwork, performing data entry, scanning documents, creating reports, saving reports, videos and pictures over the course of the projects. Will work with project personnel to gather the necessary information to compile.
- Maintain Project records by making copies, scanning, saving documents electronically, and filing documents.
- Gather and save project related information necessary for Daily Quality and Cost reporting.
- Completion and compilation of project documents to be submitted to the project owner.
- Saving and compiling project pictures.
- Coordination with all project personnel to gather the necessary information needed to complete the Daily reports, Cost Reports, and Extra Work Bills
- Ability to adapt to small changes in work task sequence as project needs change.

- Education/
Experience:
Document Control or Administrative experience is preferred. - Language Ability: ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from manager, clients, customers, and internal team.
- Reasoning Ability: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer
Skills:
to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and experience with internet research, and advanced abilities in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Physical Presence:
Regular and predictable physical presence in the construction office is an essential qualification for this position due to the importance of the team-related aspects of the essential duties, the aggressive time frames under which the employee will operate, and the need for face-to-face interaction with other employees in order to properly perform job-related functions. Project office is in Long Beach CA. - Valid Driver’s License.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
