Automotive Service Consultant – Harbor Hyundai Dealership
Location:
Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time Pay range: $70,000- $150,000+
We are a growing Hyundai dealership in Long Beach. We are committed to building a strong team culture, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing a world-class automotive experience. We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who are motivated, detail oriented, and passionate about helping customers.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience
- Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Review and communicate digital multi point inspection findings
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status
- Handle warranty claims, estimates, and invoicing
- Complete required Hyundai factory training
- Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (Hyundai is a plus)
- Strong customer service mindset and a servant's attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with digital multi-point inspections
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements
