Training Specialist

Ensure Fixed Operations personnel across our dealer network can fully leverage my Kaarma's SLT product suite.
Work directly with end users to educate them on their roles and my Kaarma's products.
Conduct multiple training sessions daily for existing customers.
Manage post-training steps, including scheduling follow-ups and documenting progress.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional training experience.

• 2 years of automotive dealership fixed operations experience as a Service Advisor, Technician, Parts Counterperson, Service Manager, or equivalent.
• 2 years of automotive software consulting, installing/training experience or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be well organized and respond with a sense of urgency internally and externally.
• Be adept at learning/absorbing new technologies and staying abreast of changes to our tool along with evolving dealer practices.

Demonstrates expertise in automotive dealership fixed operations and software consulting, with a strong focus on training and educating users on product utilization. Capable of managing training sessions and follow-ups while maintaining excellent organizational and communication skills.
