Responsibilities- Order processing & data entry once related Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data are verified & adjusted
- Coordinate with IRC sales and IT teams to resolve order processing issues
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and able to self-manage and prioritize daily tasks
- Excellent communicator and open-minded about learning new things
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong ability to organize information and multi-task
- Team player with logical approach to data and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience/knowledge in international trade/logistics a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
