Job SummaryThis role coordinates and implements donor experiences through events, communications, and campus engagement activities that highlight the impact of philanthropy and strengthen long‑term relationships with the university. In addition, partners across campus to plan, organize, and execute stewardship initiatives, ensuring projects run smoothly, communications are timely, and donors remain informed, connected, and inspired.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and implement the Comprehensive Stewardship Plan, including event programming, social engagement activities, and board‑related stewardship efforts.
- Responsible for coordinating stewardship communications to support collaboration across internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for department related projects.

Time Base1.0 time‑base, 40 hours per week.
Duration of AppointmentThis is a temporary position for 1 year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.

CompensationSalary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.
- Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $5,274 (Step
1) – $6,303 (Step 10) per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training. - CSU Classification Salary Range:
The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $5,274 (Step
1) – $7,684 (Step 20) per month.
