Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Statistical Consultant, the incumbent provides support in the collection, organization, and preparation of data for statistical analysis and reporting. The incumbent assists with survey administration, data management, and the preparation of tables, charts, and reports. This position ensures the accuracy and consistency of data handling and contributes to the university’s planning, assessment, and accountability processes by providing dependable technical and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing statistical and qualitative data support for faculty and graduate students including design, data preparation, analysis and web-based surveys.
- Provide clerical and technical support in preparing statistical summaries, visualizations, and reports under the direction of the Statistical Consultant.
- Assist in aggregating statistical web access information Qualtrics, Campus Software, Canvas and other databases.
- Assist and support the SPOT administration when needed.

Duration of AppointmentThis is a temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.

CompensationSalary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.
- Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $4,799 (Step #1) - $5,299 (Step #6) per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training. - CSU Classification Salary Range:
The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4,799 (Step #1) - $6,992 (Step #20) per month.
