Program Principal, Business Operations – SCAN

• Lead business‑side execution for core admin transformation across all operational domains, serving as the primary point of coordination between business leaders, IT, and system integrators
• Drive integrated business planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, and readiness activities across enrollment, billing, claims, provider, finance, and shared services.
• Partner with operational leaders to translate future‑state processes into clear requirements, design decisions, and adoption plans; avoid “lift‑and‑shift” approaches.

• Drive business readiness activities including change management, training coordination, cutover planning, parallel runs, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Provide clear executive‑level updates on progress, risks, and readiness across business work streams.
• Work in close collaboration with Program PMO to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path business deliverables.

• Minimum 5-7 years of related experience
• 10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional business programs, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated operational environments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• PMP certification required
• Proven experience serving as a senior business lead for large‑scale system implementations or core platform transformations
• QNXT experience is required
• Strong understanding of operational domains such as Enrollment, Claims, Billing, Provider Operations, Clinical, Fulfillment and Finance
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, align senior stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong executive communication, judgment, and decision‑management skills.
• Must possess strong presentation skills.
