Under the general direction of the Assoc Dir Clinical Services, this position performs program analytics and supports continuous quality improvement efforts for Health and Wellness programs and Division of Student Affairs initiatives. Responsibilities include statistical data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization; supporting accreditation and compliance activities; and assisting with the evaluation of program effectiveness to inform planning and decision-making across Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Health Services (SHS) and other Health & Wellness related programs.

The incumbent is the subject matter expert for program evaluation in coordination with supervisor.

In addition, the position contributes to an inclusive and supportive environment by delivering equitable, culturally responsive, and student-centered services that enhance the quality of campus life and support student retention and graduation, consistent with the division’s commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Program Analytics
    - Develop program analytics for Health and Wellness programs, including data collection/aggregation, analysis, reporting, and qualitative data collection and interpret impact of program initiatives. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including statistical analysis, to identify trends and support program planning and decision‑making
  • Quality Improvement/Accreditation
    - Assist with accreditation processes, including preparation of documentation, tracking requirements, and maintaining compliance materials. Develop and coordinate with clinical and nursing teams to evaluate study proposals for quality improvement, including method/material/data collection development, data analysis, data visualization, and report completion and finalization.
  • Support Division Wide Initiative
    - Assist with program review processes, including data analysis and preparation of reports and make recommendations based on audit findings, and co-authors program review reports. Coordinate in collaboration with DSA and campus partners on program evaluation and reporting activities. Coordinate with campus partners to create marketing materials, social media posts, and web banners for Health and Wellness (CAPS and SHS) Initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and special projects obtain information and report findings/information to supervisor.
