Project Controls Technician

• Move costs that were miscoded in the project accounting system.
• Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes.
• Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis.
• Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget.
• Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports).
• Run weekly labor unit cost reports using Heavy Job and MS Access databases.
• Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings with different discipline managers.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
