We are seeking a Superintendent to lead fast-track restaurant and retail tenant improvement projects across Signal Hill, CA and surrounding markets.
Responsibilities- Lead daily field operations on commercial restaurant and retail tenant improvement projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, material deliveries, and project timelines
- Drive fast-track schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and jobsite organization
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and trade partners
- Maintain daily logs, site photos, documentation, and project updates using Raken or similar software
- Identify project risks early, communicate issues clearly, and help keep projects on schedule
- Manage punch lists, closeout items, and turnover from demolition through final completion
- Travel to project sites across multiple states as needed
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- 3+ years of restaurant, retail, or fast-track tenant improvement experience
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, sequencing, scopes, and blueprint reading
- Experience managing subcontractors, inspections, site logistics, and punch list completion
- Comfortable using construction technology such as Raken, Plan Grid, Procore, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to keep teams aligned and projects moving
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced field environment
- Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects as needed
