Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join their team and oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is responsible for managing all phases of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project delivery. The Project Manager / Estimator will also prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate project requirements, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial and/or industrial construction, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate field and office operations, and maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Experience with construction management and estimating software, along with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, is highly valued.
- Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to support successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Coordination.
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Management to effectively control costs and deliver projects on time.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial construction is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
