Carmel Partners is a leading specialist in real estate investment management with expertise in the development, construction, and renovation of multifamily real estate.

You will support the Regional Lead of Construction by maintaining the project schedule, managing the project budget, overseeing day‑to‑day construction management, and coordinating third‑party vendors and contractors.

• Manage project buyout and contract negotiations alongside the Project Manager.
• Handle budget and cost forecasting, ensuring financial and budgetary objectives are met.
• Monitor construction schedule and track progress through site reports.
• Perform on‑site inspections to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Approve contractor invoices and change order requests, ensuring costs align with approved budgets.
• Lead the project to timely completion, scope, and budget projections, obtaining certificate of occupancy.
• Act as a proactive liaison between onsite teams, third‑party groups, and corporate office, facilitating effective communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, with 3+ years in multi‑family construction project management.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Experience with wrap‑style and podium construction.
• Technical expertise in geotechnical, environmental, utilities, and deepened foundation risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Windows PC skills.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification issued within the past three years and current First Aid & CPR training.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen after conditional offer.

• Participation in Carmel Partners’ safety training program.
• Access to required personal protective equipment.

Base salary range: $123,000 – $150,000. The total compensation package also includes a bonus incentive.
