Job SummaryYou will support the Regional Lead of Construction by maintaining the project schedule, managing the project budget, overseeing day‑to‑day construction management, and coordinating third‑party vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project buyout and contract negotiations alongside the Project Manager.
- Handle budget and cost forecasting, ensuring financial and budgetary objectives are met.
- Monitor construction schedule and track progress through site reports.
- Perform on‑site inspections to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Approve contractor invoices and change order requests, ensuring costs align with approved budgets.
- Lead the project to timely completion, scope, and budget projections, obtaining certificate of occupancy.
- Act as a proactive liaison between onsite teams, third‑party groups, and corporate office, facilitating effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with 3+ years in multi‑family construction project management.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams.
- Experience with wrap‑style and podium construction.
- Technical expertise in geotechnical, environmental, utilities, and deepened foundation risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Windows PC skills.
- OSHA 30‑hour certification issued within the past three years and current First Aid & CPR training.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen after conditional offer.
- Participation in Carmel Partners’ safety training program.
- Access to required personal protective equipment.

CompensationBase salary range: $123,000 – $150,000. The total compensation package also includes a bonus incentive.
