Tiello is partnered with a highly regarded Commercial General Contractor based in Southern Los Angeles, in their search for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead successful Commercial, Restaurant, Gas Station, Retail, and Hospitality Ground-Up and TI Construction Projects ranging in value up to $30 M.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as an Estimator in the Commercial General Construction Industry and will be responsible for leading successful Commercial Construction Estimates.

• Able to perform all essential Senior Estimator job responsibilities
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price
• Develop Accurate Material, Equipment, and Labor Estimates
• Negotiate cost-effective contract and material purchases
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
• Maintain the project schedule and budget
• Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
• Develop strong working relationships with Clientele and Contractors

• 5 years as an Estimator managing projects estimations for a reputable Commercial General Contractor
• Experience Estimating Commercial, Restaurant, Gas Station, Retail, and Hospitality Ground-—Up and TI Construction Projects ranging in value up to $30 M
• Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical, and sound judgment skills
