  • You’ll coordinate with public agencies and external stakeholders during construction to ensure compliance with off-site work requirements and project objectives.
  • You’ll manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
  • You’ll support contract administration activities, including bid analysis, pre-construction meetings, award coordination, and contractor communications.
  • You’ll review and evaluate contractors' construction schedules, submittals, schedules of values, and requests for information to ensure project readiness and compliance.
  • You’ll lead coordination between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, scope, and cost parameters.
  • You’ll review contractor submittals and obtain responses to requests for clarification, maintaining accurate logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You’ll negotiate change orders with contractors and assess cost and schedule impacts to achieve fair, reasonable, and project-aligned outcomes.
  • You’ll review payment applications and oversee the fiscal management of project resources to support effective project controls and financial stewardship.
  • You’ll coordinate with field inspectors to identify, document, and resolve differing site conditions and construction-related issues.
  • You’ll perform a variety of construction management responsibilities and special assignments as needed to support successful project delivery.
  • 3
    -5+ years of experience in Construction Management required, specifically in near-water/over-water,
  • heavy civil construction projects
  • BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience required
  • PE, CCM, EIT, LEED or licensure as an Architect preferred
