The Independent Podcaster role at The News Casters' Studio is a Revenue Based position not a paid position it ia remote, flexible opportunity to create, host, and produce compelling podcasts. Responsibilities include researching current events, developing engaging content, conducting interviews, recording episodes, and editing audio. Podcasters are expected to use their communication skills to provide insightful, inspiring, and high-quality content. Collaboration with the team and sharing content via social media channels to enhance reach are essential aspects of the rol e.

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear,engaging, and thoughtful content.
• Proficiency in Research and Interviewing to provide well-informed and meaningful discussions.
• Knowledge in Social Media platforms to promote and share podcast episodes effectively.
• Experience with audio recording, editing software, and sound management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet production deadlines in a remote environment.
