Call Center Representative

Contract through October 2026

Possible extension

100% remote – PST schedule

The Call Center Representative I will contact health plan members to schedule medical appointments. This role supports outreach and scheduling efforts and requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a compliant remote environment.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls to members to schedule medical appointments
  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
  • Meet attendance, performance, and productivity expectations
Requirements
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
