Call Center Representative
Contract through October 2026
Possible extension
100% remote – PST schedule
The Call Center Representative I will contact health plan members to schedule medical appointments. This role supports outreach and scheduling efforts and requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a compliant remote environment.
Responsibilities- Outbound calls to members to schedule medical appointments
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
- Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details
- Meet attendance, performance, and productivity expectations
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
