ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.

We are seeking a customer-focused and empathetic team member with potential for internal growth, especially for driven and sales-minded candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
