Location: 100% Remote Must work PST Hours
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is currently hiring (2) Bilingual Intake Coordinators (Spanish) to support a leading client in the benefits administration space. This vital role ensures a high standard of customer service and support within a fast-paced call center environment. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and reside within 25 miles of Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and emails regarding employee benefits.
- Set up new cases by completing intake forms and routing them to Benefit Advocates.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and accurately, identifying and resolving routine issues.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all communications per department standards.
- Manage both paper and electronic filing in accordance with privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
- Support development of client-facing materials in a consistent and professional format.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and discussions as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in employee benefits or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Understanding of employee benefits and related compliance concepts preferred.
