As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining the community within your center while handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their businesses.

You arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day you assist customers with tasks such as resetting Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, providing directions, setting up projectors, and managing invoicing.

In addition to front‑desk support, you coordinate networking events, send e‑invites, design posters, and promote the community to prospective members. You also handle cleaning or service‑portal tickets as required.

You collaborate with the Community Manager on event planning and maintain a tidy environment for all users.

• A good communicator who can build strong professional relationships and empathize with clients (ideally 1+ year of customer service experience)
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast‑changing situations
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country and 18+ years old
