Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing Sales Team in Long Beach. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer experiences, and developing valuable sales and communication skills.
The successful candidate will work directly with customers, represent client brands, and support customer acquisition campaigns through face‑to‑face interactions.
What You'll Be Doing- Meeting customers face‑to‑face and creating a positive first impression from the moment they approach
- Having genuine conversations to understand what customers are looking for and helping them find the right solution
- Explaining products, services, and promotions in a clear and engaging way
- Answering customer questions and providing an outstanding customer experience
- Working alongside an energetic sales team to achieve daily goals and celebrate successes
- Learning new sales and communication techniques through ongoing coaching and development
- Representing client brands professionally at promotional events and customer acquisition campaigns
- Developing confidence in customer service, sales, and relationship‑building skills that can support long‑term career growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer‑facing roles is beneficial but not required.
