Gameday Box Office Associate

The Gameday Box Office Associate will serve as a front-line representative for the Long Beach Coast, delivering outstanding customer service while assisting fans with ticket purchases, event information, and game day support. This role is ideal for an organized, energetic, and fan-focused individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in professional sports ticketing and game operations.

Responsibilities

  • Sell tickets to the general public using the team's ticketing platform (Vivenu)
  • Assist guests at the box office and will call windows
  • Resolve ticketing issues and provide customer support in a professional manner
  • Deliver a safe, clean, and welcoming fan experience
  • Answer questions regarding events, schedules, seating, and ticket options
  • Follow all operational policies and box office procedures
  • Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Familiarize yourself with event details, promotions, VIP access, and credentials
  • Maintain efficient guest flow during high-volume periods
  • Provide general ballpark information including directions, restroom locations, merchandise areas, and exits
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience working with Vivenu or another ticketing system preferred
  • Prior customer service or event experience is a plus
