Supervise associates in assigned area, providing direction, training, and feedback;
Oversee Club Pickup and ecommerce programs (e.g., Club Pick Up, Ship From Club), audit online feedback, resolve customer issues, and escalate as needed;
Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan, monitor KPIs, ensure correct order fulfillment, and manage staffing for pickup;
Maintain safety and compliance by conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials per company guidelines;
Lead and participate in teams, mentor colleagues, communicate goals, and support process improvements.
