Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Lead with a strong background in the veterinary industry to oversee front desk operations and elevate the client experience.

- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional veterinary client service
- Manage front desk workflow: check‑in/out, phones, scheduling, client communication
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Train, mentor, and support CSR team members
- Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accuracy in a paperless, electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Veterinary experience required (clinic, hospital, or similar setting)
- Previous CSR Lead, Lead Receptionist, or Front Desk Supervisor experience preferred
- Strong skills in client communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership
- Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark, eVet, Cornerstone, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast‑paced environment
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with paperless workflows and scheduling systems
- Pay: $21–$26/hour (based on experience & leadership background)
