- Dispatch and coordinate client hood cleaning requests
- Follow-up on recently completed hood cleanings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations, return trips, and urgent requests; research issues and coordinate resolution
- Manage service-level expectations, including technician arrival/departure times, job quoting, and timely updates
- Review paperwork and photos for completed hood cleanings to ensure alignment with checklists and requirements
- Work with fire officials, building departments, and other authorities having jurisdiction
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department on vendor-related payment issues to ensure timely payments
- Ensure customers are accurately invoiced per contracted agreement for recent cleanings
- Solicit and onboard new vendors in your region as needed
- Work cross-functionally with other teams and departments
- Customer service and/or dispatch experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision
- Outcome-oriented with a strong performance mindset

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. Motor vehicle records (MVR) checks are required for all driving positions.
