College Medical Center Long Beach is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to support the main entrance with customer service, visitation requests, and courteous phone coverage. You will assist visitors, coordinate calls for patients and staff, and help maintain a welcoming front area.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer service with 1 year in Guest Relations or PBX/reception, and may be bilingual in English/Spanish.
