The City of Long Beach is seeking qualified Public Safety Dispatcher I - IV - Lateral to receive and dispatch 911 and non-emergency calls for police, fire, and EMS. You will enter data into CAD, question callers, determine call disposition, and dispatch field units using radios and phones.
The role requires keyboarding skills (35 wpm) with certification, and shift flexibility including holidays and overtime.
